Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent with three (3) years of secretarial experience preferred. Must possess computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel); ability to operate office machines to include calculators, copiers, and typewriters. Possess a command of the English language both orally and in writing; have good knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, and the ability to relate well to administrators, staff, and the public are required. Must pass a criminal background check as prescribed by the state statute.
