Van Driver Responsibilities: - Safely operate a company van to transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and social activities
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the van at all times
- Maintain accurate records of transportation routes and resident information
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transportation services
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor
Van Driver Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
