Job Responsibilities:
- Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX research.
- Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders.
- Three or more years of experience of communicating research methodology, experience metrics, data analysis and research results to a broad range of stakeholders.
- Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes.
- Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX research.
- Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders.

Skills:
- Must have at least 1 to 3 years of experience in a Test Engineer or PV&V Engineer role
- Should have a background with “Off highway mobile equipment”
- Should have experience with planning and organization, and negotiating conflicting constraints
- Experience with reliability growth planning
- Experience with lab test controls and data acquisition
- Knowledge of PV&V processes and tools – highly
- written reports and meeting presentations
Education/Experience:
- Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following: Bachelor's degree in a Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or related field discipline or equivalent experience.
