Overview
Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others providing timely feedback.

The Baytown location has a drive-thru and offers dine-in seating; Baytown is a Dunkin'-Baskin Robbins co-branded location, so customers can get both coffee, doughnuts and ice cream in the same stop.
Sanitation UtilityThis team is responsible for the maintenance and conservation of the ship's decks and superstructures. The primary duty is to aid the watchkeeping team in keeping a safe lookout and to report all sightings and dangers.
