Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management of SAP implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and system integrators.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
• Ensure SAP solutions align with Apple's business processes and compliance standards.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear communication on progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-go-live support.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within SAP project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in SAP project delivery.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle SAP projects (S/4HANA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HR.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
• PMP / SAP Activate / Agile certification is a plus.
