Your Role: As a Recruiter in our Hospitality Division, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to match exceptional candidates with outstanding opportunities within the hospitality industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, identify, and engage highly qualified candidates for a variety of roles in the hospitality sector, including management positions, front-of-house staff, and specialized service roles.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality industry to understand their unique hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and supportive experience from initial contact through placement.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively advise clients and candidates alike.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development team to align recruitment strategies with client needs, ensuring successful placements and exceeding client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in ideal but we will train the right person 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Must be based in or willing to commute to our Saratoga Springs office.
