Job Description
We are seeking a Architect to join our team in Statesville, NC. This role involves supporting and assisting with a variety of upcoming projects across education, retail, and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in training and assisting intern and entry-level architects within the company.
Responsibilities
+ Support and assist with diverse architectural projects in education, retail, and commercial sectors.
+ Train and mentor intern and entry-level architects.
+ Collaborate closely with the Principal on project execution.
+ Manage and run architectural projects from inception to completion.
Essential Skills
+ 6-12 years of experience in an architectural office.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
+ Proficiency in running projects independently.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Creativity and effective problem-solving abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Architecture, AutoCAD, Design, Drafting, SketchUp, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Revit Architecture.
+ Open to individuals with Full 3D capabilities and design capabilities.
+ Interest in pursuing architectural licensure.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
