Wilder Affordable Homes in Spokane Valley is a professional and customer-focused manufactured homes dealership. Our mission is to help people achieve their dream homes at an affordable price. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled handyman to join our team. This person will be responsible for:

Home Setup: Assisting with the installation and setup of manufactured homes. Complete inspections as needed for the home project.
Interior Finish Work: Completing interior tasks to ensure homes are move-in ready. Customer needs to be happy.
Exterior Finish Work: Handling exterior tasks to enhance the curb appeal and functionality of homes. Customer needs to be happy.

Requirements:

Proven experience in handyman or similar roles.
Unwavering attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Equally can work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills are an absolute must.
