Operator/Farm Hand
A leader in the agriculture industry is hiring an Operator/Farm Hand to join a growing operation. Responsibilities:

Operate advanced equipment, including sprayers, tractors, and other machinery
Perform essential crop production tasks, including tillage, planting, cultivating, and harvesting
Utilize GPS systems and other agricultural technology
Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of agriculture experience
Mechanical skills preferred
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and passion for farming
Valid driver's license required
