Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals. 
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. 
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit. 
  • Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate experience. 
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring teams. 
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Collaborate with HR and business partners on workforce planning and talent pipeline development. 
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting. 
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across functions. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices. 
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for talent.  


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience recruiting in global or high-volume environments. 
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring strategies and inclusive recruiting practices. 
  • Exposure to data analytics or recruitment metrics.
