JOB TITLE: Healthcare Call Center Representative

LOCATION: Franklin, TN
PAY RATE: $16.79/hour

SCHEDULE:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Hybrid Schedule:

• In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
• Work from home: Monday and Friday

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Healthcare Call Center Representative supports provider and producer credentialing activities by reviewing, analyzing, validating, and maintaining accurate records within credentialing databases. This role involves extensive research, data integrity review, and handling sensitive provider information while supporting agent onboarding and licensing processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review, analyze, evaluate, and validate provider/producer information against credentialing and business requirements
• Maintain accurate data within credentialing and internal databases
• Support research and analysis of sensitive provider and producer issues
• Identify and resolve data integrity discrepancies
• Process agent onboarding contracts
• Verify insurance licenses and add provider appointments
• Work directly with agents to ensure all records are complete, accurate, and validated
• Utilize multiple systems and external websites to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service experience (1–3 years)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (emails, letters, memos)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Insurance industry knowledge

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma required
• Associate’s Degree preferred
