We are looking for a skilled and strategic Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts for our organization. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of the annual budget, long-term planning, and periodic reforecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, including variance assessments and scenario modeling, to support executive decision-making.
- Design and refine comprehensive management reporting tools, such as dashboards and KPIs, to effectively communicate financial and operational performance.
- Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational objectives and support critical investment decisions.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial planning and analysis professionals, fostering an environment focused on collaboration and excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, offering financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement tools that enhance the efficiency and scalability of financial operations.
- Support corporate development activities, including evaluating potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and managing integration processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting at a senior level.
- Strong expertise in budgeting processes, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Experience with corporate development, including mergers and acquisitions.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
