Description We are looking for a skilled and strategic Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting efforts for our organization. Based in Dallas, Texas, this role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, drive operational excellence, and contribute to the company's long-term growth. Responsibilities: - Oversee the development and execution of the annual budget, long-term planning, and periodic reforecasting to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, including variance assessments and scenario modeling, to support executive decision-making. - Design and refine comprehensive management reporting tools, such as dashboards and KPIs, to effectively communicate financial and operational performance. - Partner with business leaders to align financial strategies with organizational objectives and support critical investment decisions. - Lead and mentor a team of financial planning and analysis professionals, fostering an environment focused on collaboration and excellence. - Act as a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team, offering financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement tools that enhance the efficiency and scalability of financial operations. - Support corporate development activities, including evaluating potential acquisitions, conducting due diligence, and managing integration processes.
