Job Title: 2D Designer (Event Management Industry) Location: NCR (Delhi/Gurgaon/Noida) Experience: 5–7 years (Event Industry Preferred) Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and creative 2D Designer who has a strong sense of design aesthetics, a great understanding of colors, and hands-on experience with industry-standard design applications. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and design event collaterals, stage backdrops, branding panels, stall designs, digital creatives, and print materials that align with the event theme and brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Develop creative 2D event concepts and layouts for corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, and experiential activations. Design branding and print materials such as stage backdrops, standees, hoardings, flex prints, event collaterals, and signage. Collaborate closely with production and client servicing teams to understand requirements and deliver design solutions on time. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and event themes. Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors/printers for final outputs. Work proactively to generate fresh ideas and innovative visual concepts for events. Stay updated with current design trends, color schemes, and visual presentation standards. Skills & Competencies: Strong color sense, composition, and typography understanding. Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under tight deadlines with a solution-driven mindset. A proactive and collaborative team player with strong communication skills. Understanding of print production processes and file formats. Software & Application Proficiency (Must Have): CorelDRAW – for vector graphics, layouts, and print design Adobe Photoshop – for image editing, mockups, and creative compositions Adobe Illustrator – for logos, vector illustrations, and branding elements Adobe Premiere Pro – for creating/editing video snippets or presentations (preferred) Adobe InDesign – for layout and brochure designs (optional but preferred) Microsoft PowerPoint / Canva – for client presentations and visual storyboarding Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
