11. The program will be held in the Pet Cemetery portion of the cemetery. Visitors should follow the paw prints. The event will include fry, live radio broadcast and speakers. A pet blessing also is scheduled, so visitors are asked to bring their leashed or kenneled pet to the cemetery.

A release of doves will conclude the program. Rienzi Cemetery has had a pet cemetery since 1999 and has become the final resting place for approximately 200 pets including a few K-9 dogs. "Jack" Nasberg, 77, of Pueblo West, a former resident of Fond du Lac, died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005, after a courageous battle with cancer. Jack was born June 19, 1928, in Alpha, the son of John and Wendla "Jenny" Freeman Nasberg.

He married Letha Johnson, and together they had six children. They later divorced. Jack worked on the iron ore boats on the Great lakes for two years as a fireman and an oiler. He served in the U.S. Army in the Korean War as a sergeant in the Army Aviation Engineers.

Jack was a union carpenter and worked as a metal lather until 1970, when he learned refrigeration and opened his own business in Kenosha. He also owned and operated the Copper Kettle Restaurant in Waupaca. He then worked construction, doing drywall. He was a superintendent for Joe Freedman Construction Co. of Philadelphia and then did finish carpentry out of Appleton until his retirement in 1990.

He lived his remaining years in Colorado with his special friend, Mary Ann Masino. They built a house together, for which Jack enjoyed hand crafting ornate woodwork and cabinetry. He enjoyed playing guitar and writing music during his free time. Jack is survived by six children, JoAnne (Gary) Neuman of Waupun, Cynthia Jeffery) Baer of North Dakota, Wendla Wyosnick of Kenosha, John (Janice) Nasberg of Waupaca, Kathleen (Tracy) Wagner of Blue River and Paul (Tina) Nasberg of Neenah; 15 grandchildren; numerous great- his best friend of 15 years, Mary Ann Masino; his sisters, June Lundberg of Iron River, and Dianne Affleck of Omaha, Neb. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Dora La Count, Eva Sanderco*ck and Ferne Svland; and his grandchildren, Joshua and Jennifer Enders.

Services: Friends are welcome to attend a memorial service honoring Jack being held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17, 2005, at Westgor Funeral Home, Neenah, with the Rev. Harry Shields officiating. Interment will follow at Iron Mountain Cemetery Park, Iron Mountain, Michigan.

The Reporter Fond du Lac, Wis. Sept. Eldora S. Kuehl Eldora S. Kuehl, 89, of Watertown, died Tuesday morning, Aug.

30, 2005, at Watertown Memorial Hospital. She was born Feb. 24, 1916, in the Town of Hustisford, the daughter of Alex Brendemuehl and Ella (nee) Lietzke. On April 1 24, 1932, she was married to Elmer L. Kuehl at Bethany Lutheran Church in Hustisford.

Eldora and her husband had farmed in Lebanon. They had also owned and operated Kuehl Implement and several taverns in Lebanon and Watertown. Eldora was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Lebanon and its Ladies Aid. She had also been a member of the Watertown Senior Center, AARP, the Tavern League and the Watertown Boat Club.

She enjoyed playing cards and bingo, and she loved spending time with her kids. Survivors include one daughter, Marjorie (Harold) Baumann of Watertown; four sons, David (Joann) Kuehl of Shawano, Wilfred Kuehl of Watertown, Harry (Jaclyn) Kuehl of Fond du Lac and James (Barbara) Kuehl of Watertown; 22 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Mildred Frederick of Watertown; and a brother, Willard Brendemuehl of Hustisford. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elmer Kuehl on Aug. 11, 2001; two sisters, Lorraine Nehls and Gladys Strook; and a daughter-in-law, Shirley Kuehl.

Services: The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Lebanon. The Rev.

Charles Werth will officiate, and burial will be at St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery in Lebanon. Visitation: Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2005, at the church.

Memorials may be directed to St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Lebanon or to the charity of one's choice. Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown is in charge of arrangements. The Reporter Fond du Lac, Wis. Sept.

Richard C. Christian Richard C. Christian, 91, of 725 Green Bay Drive, Mayville, died Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2005, at St. Luke's Medical Center, Milwaukee.

He was born Feb. 22, 1914, in the Town of Theresa, the son of Edwin H. and Martha Thews Christian. On June 15, 1940, he was married to Eva Jahn at St. Stephen's Ev.

Lutheran Church, Horicon. Mr. Christian was a graduate of Concordia University, Springfield, Ill. He was employed at John Deere, Horicon for five years, and then was in the automobile service business for 13. years in Horicon.

In 1959, he was appointed City Clerk, Treasurer and Assessor for the City of Horicon, where he served for 15 years, retiring in 1974. Mr. Christian and his wife, Eva, managed the operation of Golf View Terrace Apartments in Mayville from 1976 to 2002. He was a member of St. John Ev.

Lutheran Church, Mayville, where he served on the Board of Elders and Board of Finance. He was a former member of St. Stephen Ev. Lutheran Church, Horicon, a charter member of the Horicon Kiwanis Club and a lifetime member of Horicon Rod Gun Club. Mr.

Christian served the City of Mayville on the local committee from 1987 to 2003. Survivors include his wife, Eva; his children, Larry (Diane) Christian of Franklin, Richard J. Christian of Mayville, and John (Cheryl) Christian of Horicon, his sisters, Lucille Troller of Hartford, Marcella Streblow of Fond du Lac, and Gertrude (Martin) Keup of Theresa, and three sisters Evelyn Christian of Iron Ridge, Marcella Christian of Mayville, and Pearl Christian of Mayville, eight grandchildren; and two grandchildren. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Gilmer, Carl and Melvin; two brothers-in-law, Joe Streblow and Erwin Troller; and one grandson, Ty Christian.

Services: The funeral service will be held at noon on Friday, Sept. 2, 2005, at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Mayville. The Rev.

TRAFFICACCIDENTS Kewaskum man hurt in Youth Camp Road crash A Kewaskum man was injured Tuesday night when his eastbound truck crossed the center line on Youth Camp Road in the town of Auburn and overturned. Fond du Lac County Sheriff's Department Lt. Bill Tadych said that at about 10:15 p.m., a truck driven by David Mellenthin, 39, struck a power box, crossed over a driveway and struck a rock. The impact with the rock sent Mellenthin's truck airborne, knocking off the top of a tree. The truck eventually came to a rest upside down.

Mellenthin was transported to an area hospital for medical treatment. The Reporter was unable to identify which hospital. Becky Martin, 118 Brush was treated and released from the hospital on Aug. 29. At about 6:30 p.m., Martin was riding her bicycle south on Marr Street when she was involved in a collision with a car at the corner of Fourth Street.

Michael Scheer, 885 Bishop Court, said he looked left, into oncoming traffic, and did not see Martin heading the wrong direction on the one-way street, according to an accident report. According to the accident report, at about 6 p.m., Danielle was heading south at about 60 miles per hour. She failed to negotiate a curve and overcorrected. The car slid into the ditch, the report said. After the car flipped, it came to a rest in a driveway at 102 Center Road, just south of Highway 23. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the accident report.

Two drivers injured in Highway 149 collision A St. Cloud man said he did not see an oncoming car as he attempted to make a left turn on Highway 149 in front of the car. Stanley Klapperich, 56, was eastbound at about 5:30 p.m. Aug. 29 and turned into the westbound lane.

According to the accident report, Cortney Grosskreutz, 22, of Chilton, struck Klapperich's car headon. Both drivers were transported to an area hospital.
