Job Description

**We are hiring Wastewater Operators in Murfreesboro, TN** Seeking a skilled Plant Operator to support operations and maintenance of a wastewater treatment facility. This role involves hands-on work with treatment systems, equipment, and compliance monitoring. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain treatment plant systems and equipment + Perform routine maintenance and in-lab testing + Monitor chemical feed systems and adjust process controls + Maintain logs and records to ensure permit compliance + Operate forklifts, lifts, pumps, and other industrial equipment + Promote safety culture and adhere to company standards **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or vocational training + Valid driver's license + Wastewater operator license preferred but not required + Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, PLC systems) + Strong interpersonal and record-keeping skills **Skills:** Wastewater operations, mechanical maintenance, pump and valve repair, water treatment systems, safety compliance, lab testing, PLC control **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Murfreesboro, TN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
