Job Description

Ibotta is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of partnering with hiring managers, prioritizing daily tasks, and has a passion for attracting and hiring top technical talent. This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office, (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner cross-functionally to serve as the talent expert for the teams you support
  • Coordinate and manage the full cycle recruitment process to include: conducting intakes, screening applicants, collecting feedback, and extending offers
  • Source and evaluate potential candidates, both passive and active, using job boards, social media, networking sites, and the applicant tracking system (ATS) Workday
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Ibotta’s culture and values at every stage of the hiring process
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and help attract diverse talent across technical functions
  • Act as trusted advisor, guiding managers through the recruitment process and providing appropriate tools and training when needed
  • Identify, organize, and partner with hiring managers to host meetups and events that strengthen our brand and expand our technical talent pipelines
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to its fullest extent, maintaining all pertinent application information and ensuring data integrity
  • Participate in job fairs and community activities to promote organizational agenda and image while developing relationships for future goals
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of recruiting strategy and initiatives by staying current on industry trends, market intelligence and recruitment best practices
  • Partner with HRBP’s to share relevant information and data points as needed

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of full cycle technical recruitment experience, ideally with a company during a high-growth phase
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment & sourcing tools (Workday experience a plus)
  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard to find technical candidates, including engineering, product, and data candidates
  • Experience driving process improvements
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to build and maintain strong rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and prioritize based on urgency and changing needs
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment being able to pivot quickly and effectively as needed
  • Proven track record working with confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Curious and adaptable with a growth mindset

Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
  • Base compensation range: $94,000 - $109,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
