Job Description

Our client is immediately hiring for a IT Recruiter to join their team. This is a hybrid role and pay will vary based on years of experience. Qualified candidates will have an interview scheduled within 48 hours of resume submission. Job Description + Recruit top talent for the IT department, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and technical requirements. + Lead the onboarding process for new hires, including completion of paperwork,backgroundchecks, occupational health clearance, and I-9 verification. + Coordinate and administer routine Talent Acquisition (TA) transactions, supporting smooth operational workflows. + Partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiters to provide daily support across recruiting processes. + Conduct quality checks on all requisitions prior to posting to maintain accuracy and compliance. + Manage new hire processing, includingbackgroundchecks, occupational health requirements, paperwork, and orientation. + Provide administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle. + Generate and maintain reports, delivering timely updates to recruiters and hiring managers. + Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to manage candidate status, track progress, and retrieve necessary data. + Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience. + Maintain accurate documentation for all required processes, including uploading personnel files to OnBase. Job Requirement + Minimum 3 years of IT recruiting experience with a proven track record of success. + Hands-on experience recruiting for Epic-related positions within healthcare IT. + Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment strategies, including partnering with hiring managers and managing onboarding processes. + Expertise in sourcing strategies: building candidate pipelines through diverse channels and assessing profiles effectively. + Skilled in onboarding processes, including facilitating New Employee Orientation and resolving onboarding issues. + Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience through outstanding communication and customer service. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
