Job Title: Salesforce Developer (LWC)

Location: Plano-TX
Job Type: Long term contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in customizing Salesforce applications, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring high performance across Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.
  • Work with Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and SOQL/SOSL for backend logic and data access.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC-from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins).
  • Collaborate with administrators, architects, and business analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and maintain high code quality through reviews and testing.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, and Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX) and version control (Git).
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Platform Developer II preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integration tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica Cloud.
  • Exposure to Salesforce Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
  • Familiarity with AWS/Azure integrations or Heroku deployment.
