Full-Time Professional Groomer Needed!
Do you love creating beautiful, safe, and stress-free grooming experiences for dogs? Paws and Claws of Morganton is looking for a compassionate, skilled Groomer to join our team.
We believe in quality over quantity, teamwork over ego, and putting the dog's wellbeing first-every time.
**What You'll Do**
*Provide full-service grooming for a variety of breeds
*Manage your daily schedule efficiently while maintaining quality grooms
*Communicate clearly with pet parents and team members
*Ensure each dog's emotional and physical needs are respected
*Maintain a clean, safe, and positive grooming environment
*Support a team culture where everyone helps each other succeed
**What We're Looking For**
*Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience
*Strong time-management and organizational skills
*Team player with positive attitude
*Passion for quality of work--not rushing through high-volume quotas
*Compassionate handling and fear-free mindset
*Reliable and committed to professionalism
**Schedule**
*Full-time, 5 days per week
*Two Saturdays per month required
