Job Description

Outside Cart Attendant.

• Greets and welcomes members and guests.
• Must be available weekdays and weekends.
• Removes golf bags from guest's car and carries them to the bag area.
• Gives all guests miscellaneous information that may help them in playing the course.
• Provides members with thoroughly cleaned and good operating carts that are stocked with towels, scorecards, pencils, and divot sand. 
• Performs periodic cart maintenance, including washing and polishing of carts and minor special repairs. Updates cart service records.
• Ensures that the Cart Staging area and kiosk are always clean and orderly.
• Sets up the practice range for play.
• Continually replenish the supply of practice balls.
• Patrols the practice tee to pick up trash.
• Rotates practice tee area in accordance with the tee maintenance program.
• Collects, cleans, and replenishes balls at the end of play, ensuring that all range balls are in excellent condition at all times by culling damaged balls.
• Assists members and guests as they depart from the facility, ensuring that all golf clubs are cleaned and that a staff member carries and places golf clubs in the member's vehicle. 
• Works closely with the Golf Shop staff to ensure that all club rules including dress code and beverage policy are followed by members and guests.
• Ensures, by being available, that no member carries his or her clubs to or from the range or in the parking or clubhouse areas.
• Attaches and detaches golf carts using a bar tow system for transport to and from the cart storage facility; no more than three (3) carts in tow at any one time.
