Title: Oracle Functional Analyst – Quote to Cash / Plan to Manufacture (Dynamic BOM Focus)

Location: Remote (CST hours preferred)

Type: Long-term Contract

Pay Range: $70-110 per hour - some flexibility on pay DOE

About the Role

We’re supporting a manufacturing organization seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst to lead critical initiatives within their Oracle EBS environment. This role requires strong functional knowledge of Quote to Cash (QTC) and Plan to Manufacture (PTM) processes, with Dynamic BOM experience as the key differentiator.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business and technology—able to translate manufacturing needs into effective Oracle solutions and communicate comfortably with both executives and end users.

What You’ll Do

• Lead functional efforts around Dynamic BOM setup, configuration, and optimization.
• Partner with business and manufacturing teams to refine order-to-manufacture processes.
• Support and enhance QTC and PTM workflows across MRP, WIP, routing, and costing.
• Gather and validate requirements, coordinate testing, and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and Oracle technical teams.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of Oracle Functional experience (EBS required; Fusion experience a plus).
• Proven expertise building and managing Dynamic BOMs in complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of QTC and PTM lifecycles.
• Hands-on experience with MRP, WIP, routing, and costing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and “drive the business” forward.
