About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mulesoft Developer to join our integration team,
focused on connecting our Salesforce Service Cloud platform with various internal and external
systems. This role will be crucial in designing, developing, and deploying robust, scalable, and
secure API-led integration solutions using the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate
will have strong expertise in API design, Mulesoft development, and a solid understanding of
enterprise integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, test, and deploy API-led integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint
Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange).
• Develop APIs and integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and various other
systems (e.g., ERP, data warehouses, custom applications, legacy systems).
• Implement various Mulesoft connectors, data transformations (DataWeave), and error
handling strategies.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Business Analysts, and other technical teams to
understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to Mulesoft best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
• Participate in API design reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning activities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Mulesoft applications in production environments.
• Document technical designs, integration patterns, and deployment procedures.
• Stay current with Mulesoft product updates, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a Mulesoft Developer.
• Strong proficiency with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform components.
• Expertise in API design (RAML, OpenAPI/Swagger), development, and management.
• Solid experience with various Mulesoft connectors (Salesforce, Database, JMS
etc.) and DataWeave transformations.
• Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
• Experience with message queues, event-driven architectures, and batch processing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Mulesoft deployments (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
• Mulesoft Certified Developer – Level 1 (MCD - Level 1)
• Mulesoft Certified Integration Architect – Level 1
