The ideal candidate brings strong financial leadership, excellent analytical capability, and a collaborative mindset. This is a hands-on role supporting both daily financial operations and the strategic financial initiatives that are critical in a complex healthcare setting.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a healthcare environment.

• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to executive leadership.

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with clinical and administrative departments to align financial plans with organizational goals.

• Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide insights that drive operational and financial improvements.

• Support cash flow management, cost analysis, and financial modeling for programs, service lines, and organizational priorities.

• Strengthen financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and transparency.

• Collaborate closely with accounting, operations, and clinical leadership to support strategic initiatives and capital planning.

• Assist with audit activities, regulatory reporting, and ad hoc financial projects assigned by finance leadership.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.

• Strong command of financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting within complex or regulated environments.

• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (healthcare-related systems a plus).

• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
