HHP Inc. , a leading sawmill and pallet shop in Henniker, NH , is hiring a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our 1st Shift Production Team . This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical skills who enjoys hands-on work in a team-oriented environment. No experience? We’ll train the right person!
Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays
Operate and adjust machines to meet production specs
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Follow safety procedures and keep your workspace clean
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
Mechanical ability or machine experience is a plus
Strong work ethic, dependability, and a team mindset
Must pass pre-employment physical
