We're hiring a dependable and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Corrections assignment in Mount Pleasant, IA. This is a great opportunity to provide essential care in a secure facility while working a consistent schedule.
?? Assignment Details:
+ Location: Mount Pleasant, IA
+ Start Date: ASAP
+ Duration: 13 weeks
+ Shift: Evening shift, 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
+ Schedule: Monday-Friday + every other weekend
+ Hours: 40 hours/week
?? Compensation:
+ Local Candidates (within 50 miles): $40/hour
+ Travel Candidates (50+ miles from facility): $1,850/week Proof of residency required for travel rate
? Requirements:
+ Active LPN license
+ Previous corrections or behavioral health experience preferred
+ Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

The Corrections Licensed Practical Nurse works in close andimmediate contact with adults and children in custody on a daily basisproviding general and emergency nursing care in the Medical and Ambulatorysection of the Corrections Facility while maintaining facility securitystandards.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Possesses a current Practical Nursing License in theapplicable state
+ Minimum of one year experience in Corrections preferred
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
