Our IT Support Specialist provides first-level tech assistance and configures basic network components. They perform basic troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common in-stateroom equipment problems, and are responsible for logging all work, reviewing, and monitoring incident tickets for technicians' queue. The IT Support Specialist will report directly to the IT Manager and must be able to service IT-related issues across the organization. A minimum of six months' experience in a technical user-assistance role is an advantage.Candidates are expected to work on board an international cruise ship.
