Job Title:Healthcare Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our client in King of Prussia, PA. This is a temp-to-hireopportunity where you will assist Medicare beneficiaries during the Annual Enrollment Period and beyond. In this role, you will provide guidance on healthcare plan options, support enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Compensation:
$18.50/hour
Work Schedule:
Annual Enrollment Period: Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week (5 days/week, 8 hours/day).
After March: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
