Job Title:Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our client in King of Prussia, PA. This is a temp-to-hireopportunity where you will assist Medicare beneficiaries during the Annual Enrollment Period and beyond. In this role, you will provide guidance on healthcare plan options, support enrollment processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation:
$18.50/hour

Work Schedule:
Annual Enrollment Period: Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 7 days a week (5 days/week, 8 hours/day).
After March: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities of the Healthcare Customer Service Representative:

• Respond to inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide clear, detailed information on plan benefits, coverage options, and enrollment deadlines.
• Assist callers with plan comparisons and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Document all interactions accurately and maintain compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and meet performance metrics for quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills for the Healthcare Customer Service Representative:

• Previous experience with Medicare or healthcare insurance programs.
• Familiarity with auto dialers and manual dialing systems.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail for data entry.
• Reliable, positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• No license required.
