Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled ERP/IT Support Specialist to manage and support the organization’s enterprise systems, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of ERP platforms, and the ability to provide exceptional technical support to end users across departments.

Position Responsibilities

System Administration and Maintenance

• Maintain, configure, and support ERP systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system updates, patches, and enhancements.

User Support and Training

• Provide technical assistance and training to end users on ERP and IT systems.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, guides, and FAQs.
• Ensure timely resolution of user support requests and track issue status through completion.

Data Management and Reporting

• Manage data integrity within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Generate and analyze reports to support business decision-making.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and backup processes as required.

System Development and Optimization

• Identify opportunities to improve system performance and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Support new module implementations, upgrades, and workflow automation initiatives.

Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP administration, IT support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in database management, system integration, and reporting tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

• ERP System Certification (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification
