Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining documentation in compliance with industry standards. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and easily accessible to support our operational efficiency.

Duties

• (MMR) Documents are Controlled and Used Effectively
• All MMRs are accurate to the current specifications set forward in the Product Profiles.
• Smooth flow of raw materials and finished goods is facilitated.
• MMRs are continuously improved via feedback from the site QC Manager and the production team.
• SOPs applicable to processes overseen by the Document Control Specialist
• Creating and refining SOPs is provided to the Site QC Manager as needed.
• Finished blend/product COAs are submitted
• LOT-specific COAs are created according to the results of applicable testing.
• Approved Supplier program is managed effectively
• All customer supplier agreements are current and stored appropriately.
• All ingredient suppliers are reviewed annually and the documentation updated.
• New suppliers are vetted by QC Site Manager before materials issued to production.

Qualifications

• Proficient in document management systems and filing techniques
• Strong organizational and records management skills
• Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards a plus
• Excellent proofreading and technical writing abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
