Public Agency Resources (PARS), a subsidiary of Willdan Group Inc., has an opening for a Document Control Specialist in the East Los Angeles , CA area.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support and help the Building & Safety department in addition to regular office duties.
Answering phones, responding to emails, etc.
Assisting with permit research, assessor document collection, process PR/CE case files.
Data entry, producing case documents such as notices, photo sheets, maps, etc.  This will include review of case files for completeness and preparing District Attorney Referrals. 
Training will be provided on how to use EnerGov permit system and processing of all PR/CE documents and case management.
Expected to help facilitate the scheduling of inspections and/or answering customer calls about PR/CE inquiries.
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Three (3) or more years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk or Permit Coordinator required.
