Document Control Clerk Location Reno, NV (East Reno area) : Company Overview: Hamilton Company is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of manual, semi-automated and robotic products for precision fluid measuring. Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Engineering Services Group Leader the Document Control Clerk is responsible for ERP ECO data entry, software duplication, filing, maintaining, and storing of Engineering Documentation.

• Reno ECO Processing and Data Entry.
• Internal document review management.
• External document management (Standards, Patents, etc.).
• Software duplication.
• Physical document checkout and check in.
• Route design history files (DHF) or approval and release.
• Department procedure maintenance.
• Bonaduz ECO processing and data entry.
• Training.
Qualifications:
• One year experience working in a clerical type position.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must posses good verbal and written communication skills as required to interface with other department and company personnel in a service function.
• Must be able to touch type and use a 10 key pad.
• Must be familiar with computers and Microsoft and Excel programs.
• Familiar with alpha-numeric document filing.
• Demonstrated ability to comprehend office routines and procedures, including ability to independently handle routine tasks with minimum supervision.
Education/Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
