Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from Home)

Job Description:

Drive the definition, implementation, and monitoring of data policies, standards, and rules to ensure the data is accurate, consistent, secure, and trusted for business decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Develop and implement data governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Define and enforce data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring processes across critical data domains.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to establish data ownership, stewardship, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, internal data policies (e.g., privacy, security, retention) and data privacy laws
Oversee metadata management, data lineage, and cataloging to improve transparency and traceability.
Establish a data issue management and resolution framework, including root cause analysis and remediation.
