Our commcerical Real Estate client is seeking a strategic and technically adept Business Systems Analyst to lead transformation initiatives focused on enhancing our CRM platform and advancing data-driven projects. The Business Systems Analyst will partner with the Chief Product Owner - Debt, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to deliver high value solutions that enhance our borrower relationship management processes and data initiatives.
This is a hybrid position located in their Dallas office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements, discovery, and solution design for borrower relationship management and debt data projects, partnering with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs.
- Develop deep understanding of system data integrations and architect solutions to enhance connectivity between CRM platform and other systems.
- Provide technical guidance on CRM protocols and compliance requirements.
- Build strong knowledge of real estate debt data and data modeling to design tailored datasets for analytics.
- Support requirements gathering and design for dashboard development and analytics, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
- Develop, track, and implement minimum viable products (MVPs) for borrower relationship management and data projects.
- Partner with system administrators and technical teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Identify quick wins to drive operational efficiency and adoption across platforms.

Skills and Requirements
- 4-5+ years of business analyst or business data analyst experience
- Experience managing data infused solutions with Salesforce CRM
- Proficient with SQL querying and ability to pull data, write select statements, etc
- Experience taking in business requirements, translating to technical teams, creating BDRs, etc
- Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field - Commercial Real Estate of Financial Services industry
- Salesforce Certified
