EN590 $450Most buyers are not real (market rate is $680 so $450 direct from refinery should have real buyers ready to transact).This seller will not issue SCO to be shopped around on web to someone they don't know. Submit Corporate Profile & ICPO (remember Seller Procedures are non-negotiable) along with name of bank buyer will be using (NOT POF) and buyer will get everything required after Seller vets & agrees to transact.On flipside most sellers aren't real. Now you want to buy from a refinery, there are only two ways; FOB or CIF1) If it is CIF, LDC, SBLC is accepted; IRLDC 2) If it is FOB the buyer only has two scenarios:a) That it has its tanks ready to inject, either placing the ATV in the name of the refinery or the DTA being signed by the buyer's farm b) If it is tank to vessel, You must, if and only if, extend the tanks for two days to verify the product and inject it into the vessel. LDC is accepted under contract, payment MT103. that is the scenario my friend

Fight for your #quotation!This was one of the rules my boss taught me. During a contract this happens usually that the #owner asks you as a #supplier to submit your quotation. once you present your quotation the owner is going to fight for their benefits within a couple of #negotiations . This situation needs negotiator's mastery and self-confidence to convince the owner that the price and quality fit their requirements. This is very important because the result could be a big amount of earning or loss.If you want to fight you need your weapons! right? We require to purchase the following products: Jet A1 Trial 2,000,000/Barrel. D6 Trial 200,000,000/Gal. Diesel EN590 10ppm. Trial 200,000/MT. Spot+Contract. Fob Houston ( Tank to vessel TTV ) Non-Russian origin not sanctioned. Only direct seller who demonstrates that he has the products. We do not make advance payments under any circ*mstances.WE WORK ONLY WITH THIS PROCEDURE. FOB HOUSTON PROCEDURE. ONLY TANK TO VESSEL (TTV) 1. FCO Seller. 2. Buyer OIPC+CPA. 3. CI Seller. 4. Buyer signs, seals and returns the CI to the buyer. 5. Seller signs and seals the CI and sends it to the buyer. 6. Buyer sends POF via secure bank to bank email. (BCL bank to bank) 7. Seller issues complete POP documents to buyer for physical verification at seller's tanks: a. The seller issues authorization for DIP TEST (UDTA) b. New SGS report. c. Injection report d. Product passport i. Seller's TSR with Coordinates and/or Q88 e. Seller's irrevocable supply commitment gram. f. Certificate of origin g. Availability statement h. Authorization to sell and collect (ATSC) 8. Buyer reviews the documentation and performs UDTA and everything is fine, the buyer pays for the product and the injection begins. 9. Seller transfers title. 10. Commissions are paid to intermediaries. 11. A contract is signed for a minimum period of one year. First of all buyer need to prove that have money for the operation and seller need to prove that have the product to sell.All tank extension is just a way to take money from buyer a real seller will never ask that while it can be covered on pricing.
